(i) telecoms regulatory (with space/satellite if possible) experience dealing with satellite or telecoms clients and issues, UK regulators (such as the UK Space Agency and Ofcom) and/or other international regulatory agencies (eg. the ITU);
(ii) international commercial contract experience covering areas such as technology development, procurement and services, intellectual property and data management – contract advisory, drafting and negotiation as well as regulatory aspects; and/or
(iii) detailed international project management experience in the space and/or telecoms sector, managing a team across several countries on commercial strategy and policy issues with the ability and willingness to grow the practice.

As you will have seen from our website, our business focuses on advising the space, satellite and telecommunications sector across all of upstream satellite and component manufacturing, UK based and international launch facilities, in-orbit and spectrum regulation and downstream commercial applications of communications, data and imagery. Our work often expands into adjacent sectors and areas however.
We are looking for an articulate, well organised, team-working, good-with-people, computer-literate, problem-solving, hard-working EA for a small but very busy team – covering many different areas of work.

We have a strong and growing client base and pipeline of work and can offer an exciting and dynamic role, which will also cover assisting to organise the events for a student mentoring program called Prospero Space Fellowship.
This role will be based in Fulham, London, with office presence encouraged two to three days per week. We are happy to consider a part-time arrangement.
